" ' Charming and delightful ' describe both the subject matter and the painting technique of (Rosemary's) watercolors.  Ms. Freitas' work is fresh and lively, striking a chord with anyone who has experienced the warmth of morning sun in the garden or patio.  Architectural details with a strong floral element are a hallmark of Ms. Freitas' paintings."
